Carey S. Pack, a veteran securities and banking industry executive, has joined the company as Managing Director and Director of Sales. Mr. Pack, 43, will be responsible for leading sales initiatives that focus on providing services for institutional investors and money managers. Prior to joining BNY ESI, Mr. Pack served as a vice president of Salomon Smith Barney where he built and managed the firm’s clearing business. Before Salomon Smith Barney, Mr. Pack was at J.P. Morgan & Co. Inc. for more than 10 years, serving in various management positions at the company’s global securities services division. During his tenure, he spent three years at J.P. Morgan’s London office, where, he managed the European Global Custody, Corporate Trust, and ADR businesses.
