SunGard Treasury Systems will combine the operations of ResourceIQ, a division of ADS Associates, Inc. (‘ADS’), and Multinational Computer Models, Inc. (‘MCM’). The formation of SunGard Treasury Systems creates what is believed to be the largest team of treasury industry experts solely focused on the development and support of global treasury and risk management systems. With over 500 product licenses sold to corporate clients in over 20 countries, SunGard Treasury Systems will be one of the world’s largest dedicated suppliers of treasury and risk management solutions. Executives from both companies will be involved in the management of SunGard Treasury Systems. Greg Pond, the current President and CEO of ADS, will assume the same role for SunGard Treasury Systems, and Abraham George, the founder of MCM, will serve as Vice Chairman. Gary Bishop, an eight-year SunGard veteran, will assume the post of Chief Operating Officer.
