Christiana Bank Integrates Front and Back Office Systems to Consolidate Risk and Account Information

TCA Consulting has advised the bank on its technology and developed standardised interface components that integrate the bank’s systems. The project is an essential step toward providing consolidated risk management and accounting information, and achieving higher levels of Straight Through Processing. ‘TCA have helped us to build a very pragmatic solution,’ explains David Farmery, Deputy General Manager, Christiania Bank, London. ‘Invariably banking systems are very complex and somewhat unwieldy. The technical strategy advised by TCA Consulting has helped us to achieve our business objectives without radical changes to either of our core systems. It also provides a standardised building block approach for the future. If we need to add more links there is now a standard methodology for integration and data mapping across all systems.’
