Julian Wakeham

Julian Wakeham is a partner in PricewaterhouseCoopers' (PwC) UK Financial Services consulting business focusing on business and operational establishment and transformation. He has worked across a large number of US, European and Asian banks with projects spanning new business development, major operations establishment and organisational change and re-structuring. Wakeham's particular areas of expertise include: business strategy, proposition alignment and revenue optimisation, as well as operating model design and transformation and corporate banking, treasury and transaction services. Wakeham's experience stems from helping a large number of banks and market infrastructure providers through complex business strategy and transformation programmes. While having broad banking and capital markets experience, he has a particular focus on commercial banking and transaction services and leverages his deep market and product knowledge in these areas to help clients through strategic and operational decision making. Prior to joining PwC, Wakeham was the lead partner for Capco's UK business; and before becoming a consultant, he was at Citibank, where he held a number of business and operations roles.
